Beirut es un grupo musical estadounidense. Comenzó como un proyecto musical en solitario del músico de 25 años oriundo de Santa Fe, Zach Condon, aunque posteriormente se convirtió en una banda liderada por este mismo. Sus primeras presentaciones fueron en mayo de 2006, para promocionar el lanzamiento de su álbum debut, Gulag Orkestar. Su música combina elementos de Europa Oriental, música folk y mexicana con música pop Occidental.
Ahora Beirut vuelve a sorprender con su magia y amor por la música barroca en lo que constituye su tercer disco hasta la fecha, The Rip Tide.
